Love this place. Excellent cuisine, welcoming hosts who own and operate the restaurant. A favorite.
MoreGreat food and very competitive pricing. Cash only!
Ordered 4 dishes. Both of the noodle dishes had more onions than actual noodles, and then all the noodles were clumped together. There were a good bit of uncooked grains of rice in the fried rice. Not sure what happened because the reviews looked good.
MoreGreat food and fast service! Owners are the hosts and chefs, family owned!! Clean, food is amazing and the service is fast! If you love Thai Food, this is the place! Only bummer is that they only take cash! So bring cash!!! Enjoy! SC73
MoreGreat food. Family owned and operated. Great prices and service.
If you are matcha lover you can’t leave without tasting matcha ice cream! It is amazing! Excellent food and service. My favorite dish is ginger chicken Yumm!
MoreCASH ONLY! Great food.
The food is delicious and the staff is very courteous. Authentic and homie. Try the larb gai.Be careful, you get the spice you ask for!
MoreTerrible food. Seriously disappointed. The panang curry was bland, and tasted like it was seasoned only by some salt. No texture or real flavor. No spice. Nothing. Highly recommend against. Also, to top it all off, it’s cash only. Boo.
MoreQuaint little Thai food joint right in the middle of Mountlake Terrace. Food came out piping hot and tasted delicious. Just a couple of heads up. The food comes out a bit staggered with large groups as it is made fresh to order, it's worth the wait. Also they are a CASH only establishment. I would say this is a great place to take family and friends.
MoreI always make time for Amorn Thai, it's the best tasting thai food I've ever had. Everytime I frequent another restaurant, the thought still remains..... "It doesn't have the soul"Its family run and they make you feel like family. I love this place! 5 stars doesn't do it justice. They make it Spicier than anyone else
MoreDelicious. Great decor. Friendly service.
CASH ONLY, but they'll let you use a debit card if you don't have cash. This is the best Thai food I've had in washington, hands down.
MoreThe absolute worst pad see ew I've ever had. Didn't even know you could mess it up so bad. Chicken and broccoli were flavorless and the noodles were even burnt. I tried to make it taste better with spicy seasoning, but that wasn't even possible. I've had better pad see ew at a mall food court. Couldn't even believe the reviews, trusted them but that was clearly a mistake.
MoreReal Thai Food. Brought my friend who lives in Thailand and she confirmed the authenticity. The restaurant has fresh basil plants around for use in the dishes. Very friendly family run business. They only serve the mango dessert when they are in season. Appreciate that. GET THE MANGO IF IT'S IN SEASON. SO GOOD.Cash only, FYI
MoreDelicious food and great Mom and Pop Restaurant
I love this restaurant. Very friendly owners and great food.
Great thai place. Definitely worth checking it out if your not too far
Super delicious little Thai place that I love going to. Food is excellent, they dont mess around on the spice levels either; 4 stars will humble you if you are used to 4 at other places. Service and atmosphere are excellent. Just wish they were still open until 9!
MoreGreat food, good ambience, quick service, great Thai iced tea with tapioca.
This is the best Thai around. We thought Thai Tom was amazing but after trying this place it is definitely a lot better and more authentic. The owner will talk to you about how your food is made with ingredients flown with them personally from Thailand. Pad see ew is to die for. Quality chicken as well as most places don't take the meat into consideration. Come here for a personable experience and amazing food.
MoreGreat example of Thai food cooked as it is cooked in Thailand visited Bangkok twice in 1967 August R&R Nov 1 week leave all while I served in Vietnam (Nha Trang) on the coast
MoreI've been coming here for over 12 or 15 years, it's without question the best Thai food I've had. Everything is perfectly fresh, perfectly cooked, and Amorn and Ning are both extremely hospitable and friendly. Try the pad kwa hang or the vegetarian soup.
MoreCash only! 4 stars is perfect spiciness. Serious heat but not enough to drown out the flavors of the entrees.
MoreMy husband and I always enjoy the authentic, delicious Thai food. It's a neighborhood gem that locals know about. The owner is friendly and you'll see him often check-in with his customers.
MoreAn institution, exceptionally good food. We always get the eggplant basil it is soo good. And the mango sticky rice.
MoreGreat tasting Thai spot. Spices are all brought from Thailand. Cash only!
Amorn Thai is hands down the best Thai food I've tried♡ Fresh ingredients, made to order, and family owned. Amorn and his wife are so friendly and comforting every time my family and/or friends come in!!
MoreWe happened upon this place more or less by accident a year and a half ago, but I am happy to say that the 20 or so return visits we have made since have been quite deliberate. I've had nearly everything on the menu and have yet to be disappointed. Love the Eggplant Basil and would highly recommend the honey mango sticky rice for it's delightful contrast of cool and warm and sweet and salty. Too bad it isn't always in season and I find myself asking frequently when they will start serving it again. The owner makes a point to come out every time we come there to make sure we are satisfied with the fare and it is the consistently genuine friendliness of his demeanor that keeps us coming back as frequently as we do. The only negative thing I can say about it is that they are closed every year for 4-6 weeks in late August/September when the family goes back home to Thailand to visit. It does make it that much sweeter when they return 😀...
MoreFood was not good. Spring rolls where cold inside. Fried crab didn’t appear or taste like it even had crab in it. The pad Thai tasted like ketchup. They say cash only but when we asked said they’d take a card they said yes...then gouged us with a 5% service fee they didn’t mention when they said they’d take our card before we ordered. Unimpressed. Food was so bad I couldn’t eat my dish. Bummed that we spent $58 and didn’t like the food. Don’t go, it’s a trap.
MoreOur favorite authentic Thai food restaurant. Cozy setting but tasty food. Just be aware they are cash only.
MoreFood good, service good until CASH ONLY and charged more with no warning.
Nice neighborhood restaurant. Cozy
I typically get the phad see ew here, but everything I've tried is great. The family that runs the place is really nice and greets me with a smile. This is my favorite thai restaurant I've tried in the Seattle area.
MoreWas craving fresh spring rolls, since my usual go-to place ran out of them. This is even closer to where I live, so I think they've replaced my favorite spring roll place. The gentleman who was present, I think he may have been the owner, he was really nice.
Moresome of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, along with some of the most amazing food. amorn and his family deserve the world!!! :-)
MoreWhat outstanding food! You can tell they really care about the quality. The service was good and the owners were very nice. We cannot wait to go back again and are happy to have found this gem near our home.
MoreThis if the closest Thai place to my house, but we've only been here a couple of times because it's pretty lackluster. There are signs saying they only take cash, which stressed me out because I didn't have cash, so I told them I was going to run to an ATM in the neighborhood, and then they told me they actually can take cards. I guess they're trying to avoid paying credit card system fees, but I wish they were more transparent about it. The food is OK, but not our favorite.
MoreThai restaurant that's tucked away with deliciously tasty and fresh food. My husband and I shared the soup that had coconut milk, lemon and beautiful spices, it was so good! I love Phad Thai so that was what I ordered and he had stir fry seafood combo. Everything was amazing with friendly service. This is cash only place, I'm glad someone mentioned this in their review so we were prepared. Plenty of parking.
MoreThe best Thai food in the area, and served by the absolute nicest family. I love going here and supporting their business. Delicious food and a great experience every time!
MoreI can't speak for their takeout, but eating in, this is not just the best Thai in town-- it's the best Thai food I've ever had in my life. SO good! It closes for a month or so during the summer for the best possible reason-- so the owner can pick up more ingredients in Thailand. My husband and I both love this place to pieces. Cash only, but worth every penny. Check it out!
MoreDelicious home cooked Thai food. Great selection, quality, and service. Bring cash!
MorePad see ew is amazing. Small quaint place, just remember its cash only.
Best Thai food ever. The pad see ew is very tasty.
So good, and decent pricing. Cash only so don't forget!
Good wholesome well seasoned food good price and service lots of vegetarian options
MoreSpice scale is 1 to 5, and let me tell you... #1 is delectable!
Absolutely blown away. Incredibly delicious and authentic Thai food. Highly recommend the Pad Kee Moa, Pineapple Fried Rice and - do not overlook the dessert menu - GET THE MANGO STICKY RICE. Warm sticky rice covered in a coconut cream and mangos. I am not kidding when I say I messaged multiple friends telling them to get the mango sticky rice; and now I’m telling you 🙂
MoreIts authentic Thaifood with amazing flavors and service. Just make sure you have money because this place is cash only!
MoreSuuuuuper yummy Thai food and excellent service. A dirty plate didn’t stay on our table for more than a minute and the staff are so nice. The peanut sauce is pretty sweet.
